These terms govern your use of QIMAH Consulting's services, including the client portal at portal.qimahconsulting.com and any tools or assessments we make available. By using them, you agree to what follows.

QIMAH Consulting provides one to one business architecture consulting, together with access to a client portal containing tools, modules and templates. The specific scope, duration and price of your engagement are set out in the offer document you accepted. Where those terms and these terms differ, your offer document governs.
All consulting work is performed by Justyn Ali directly. Software tools support that work, they do not replace it.
We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. Nothing on our websites, in our content, in the portal, or in conversation with us is a projection or guarantee of income. Business results depend on your own skill, effort, market and circumstances, and ultimately on the decree of Allah.
Where a specific guarantee is offered, it is stated in writing in your offer document, and the remedy it provides is our continued work rather than a promised financial outcome.
These are not marketing lines. They are conditions we hold ourselves to, and you are entitled to hold us to them.
Keep your login details private and do not share portal access with anyone else. Your account is for you. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of this section.
Your work is yours. The artefacts you create in the portal, and the business built from them, belong to you. You keep them if the engagement ends.
Our system is ours. The QIMAH Growth Stack, the portal software, the modules, frameworks, templates, prompts and written material remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for your own use for the duration of your engagement.
We may describe our work with you, including results, in case studies or marketing. We will ask you first and you can decline.
Fees, payment schedule and any plan are set out in your offer document. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are due as scheduled. If a scheduled payment fails, we will contact you before any access is affected. Fees are not charged with interest, and no late fee or penalty is applied.
Engagements are for a defined term. If you wish to end an engagement early, contact us and we will discuss it honestly. Where a written guarantee applies to your engagement, its terms are as stated in your offer document.
The portal can connect to services we do not control, such as scheduling, meeting and email tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Some features require a paid plan with that provider. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or failures, though we will do what we reasonably can to keep our side working.
We aim to keep the portal available and to give notice of planned interruptions where practical. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features as the system develops.
When an engagement ends, portal access is withdrawn. Your locked artefacts are provided to you to keep. On request we will delete your stored data, except records we are required to retain.
Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right you hold under the law of the country you live in that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
We provide business consulting. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or religious rulings. For matters of Islamic jurisprudence, refer to a qualified scholar and to authenticated sources such as sunnah.com and quran.com.
If something goes wrong between us, raise it directly first. We will respond in good faith and try to resolve it between ourselves before anyone involves anybody else, because that is how we would want to be treated.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it is governed by the law of the country in which QIMAH Consulting is established at the time the engagement began, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects an active engagement, we will tell you directly.
